This tour will take you on a 6 days safari in Maasai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli National parks some of Kenya's best national parks, featuring a lot of scenic views, wildlife and great game viewing opportunities.
This morning we drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeests' migration and is the home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. Lunch at our camp and relax before departing for the afternoon game run. The Mara Game Reserve–one of the greatest wildernesses of the world. Large mammals are varied and easy to see. Residents among the Park’s are Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland and thousand of the plain game including Impala, Zebra, Topi, both Thomson’s and Grants Gazelles. The search for great predators and perhaps even Cubs continues today during extensive game runs. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During our stay, we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. Enjoy a pre- breakfast game drive between 6.30 and 7:30a.m. after which you will return to the camp for a hot full English breakfast. After breakfast, we shall check out proceed to Nakuru. Dinner and overnight stay at Lanet Matfam Report Meal Plan {Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner}
After breakfast, proceed for a game drive in the Rhino Sanctuary which is home to a colony of about 25 white and black Rhinos. Predators are also resident in the Park. This morning we rise early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for a game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from Wildebeest to Giraffes to Baboons. A visit to a Masai village is planned after breakfast. Midday finds us at our lodge for lunch and afternoon rest, followed by another game drive. Amboseli is home to the legendary Masai tribesmen. Masai warriors are famous and are proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world. Your tour will conclude in Nairobi on Day 6 of the trip. Optional activities are; pre-breakfast game drive or visit to Maasai village tour planned for this day so you're supposed to plan early so that you can depart on time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city and take the PCR test.
Day 1 of this tour is arrivals and start of safari day, which gives you no chance to settle into your hotel and explore Nairobi. The only planned activity for this day is an evening game drive. At meeting point, you will get to know your driver guides and fellow travellers. Please be aware that the meeting point / pick up time is subject to change until your final documents are released.
Airport transfers are not included in the price of this tour, however you can book for an arrival transfer in advance. In this case our representative will be at the airport to greet you. To arrange this please contact our customer service team once you have a confirmed booking.
This tour has an age range of 1-70 years old, this means children under the age of 12 are eligible to participate in this tour. However, if you are over 70 years please contact us as you may be eligible to join the tour if you fill out Safaribook self-assessment form.
Tips and gratitudes are not included in safari cost, they range from 10 to 20 USD per person per day given on the last day of the safari.
